J'ai eu la surprise de decouvrir que le film de Ferid Boughedir va etre projete au SIFF. J'etais tres content... J'ai meme pense invite tous mes amis a la projection et puis j'ai lu ca sur le meilleur journal artistique de Seattle :"Villa Jasmin is a laughable attempt at filmmaking. A whiny man with a pregnant wife returns to Tunisia to discover the truth about his father, who passed away many years before. Of course his father was involved, Gump-like, in every pivotal moment in Tunisian history, including an embarrassing scene where he’s sent to the Holocaust, which the low-budget filmmakers render as a single dirty, unlit room. There is no good reason on earth to watch this movie".

Du coup j'ai plus envie d'aller le voir...
